Some video segments will not load in Premier 10

I have a new Phantom 4 (purchased mid July, 2016) and recently started having a problem loading the video files into Premier 10. A typical flight will have 10 or so video segments and about half will load just fine and half give me the generic error message when I try to bring them into Premier 10. All video segments open and play using the VLC player, however I want to edit them first in Premier 10. I’ve tried the .mov and the .mp4 formats with the same results. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled Premier 10 with the same results. I’ve tried loading the video files into Premier on another computer with the same results. Recently the percentage of files that load OK has gone down (2 out of 12, and 1 out of 7 today). All the older files (that loaded just fine) still load just fine.
