I really think the MC is the NAZA controller inside the Phantom. The Assy and Config diagram is showing that. The guy in the video doesn't turn off his transmitter at any time in that video. But he did say you can ignore the shutting down the MC if it already shown as "OFF". These instructions are ....nevermind.
