Software Assistant Failed connecting PV2+

    I download latest version of Software Assistant for my new PV2+.
    I installed the software on my Windows 8 PC, connected the USB cable, turned on the PV2+, but the software never connect to the device. I did power recycle on the device, plug and unplug USB cable, but no luck. Clicked the Upgrade, nothing came up, clicked Advanced, no info about battery. I guess it failed connecting PC and device. What's wrong with my setting ?

    have you installed the driver for the Vision Plus, it is separate to the assistant software

    it is called "DJI WIN Driver Installer" on the DJI download page

    If you have installed it, try reinstalling it.
