Apple Store - 2 October - "Preparing for shipment" since 3 October, has not shipped though.

I ordered mine on october 1st from newegg which was in their marketplace, and coming from Dji. It says shipped from USA as well. It said shipping will be on October 18th. I called prior to ordering and the lady I talked to confirmed the shipment date to be October 18th. Earlier this week, I noticed the mavic pro disappeared from newegg, and later was back on their site as out of stock. Then the next day showing a shipment date of October 25th. I went through the live chat, they sent an email to Dji with my order number and information. I also called the next day and the guy I spoke with said it will be shipped on October 25th. Today i got an email from a Dji representative stating that it will be shipped on October 18th. I don't really know what I should expect for the shipping date for my mavic pro I ordered. Will it be shipped on the 25th or later, or take the Dji representatives email with the October 18th shipping date with a grain of salt.

I'm going with the grain of salt theory.

I would definitely wait till it comes out at stores! What if something is defective or doesn't work as promised? Then you gotta ship it back and wait for a reship. Screw that ---t!

Ordered mine on Sept 30. Just had a chat session with DJI Online Store to see if they've got a date (nothing appears on my order page) and they've said the planned ship date will be Nov 4. I'm in France. Interesting to see how many days it'll take to arrive.

For now, we still have not an exact shipping date can provided,since it still depends on the inventory we will received later on at the middle of the October. But since you placed the order on September 28th and your order is included in the first batch of the shipment. Don't worry. I actually placed my order on September 27th but the payment was approved on September 28th at 12:15 am. Sounds like good news to me saying I'm in the first batch. I'm keeping my fingers crossed

Ordered 10/5, It was EZ ELECTRONICS listed as Prime shipping.
Guaranteed delivery 11/2.
I kinda take that with a grain of salt if you know what I mean but maybe it will happen.

The charge still shows pending but I trust Amazon so no worries.

It is no longer showing up on Amazon so they must have met there allowance.

Most of us should have our Mavic's just as the GoPro Karma begins to ship. Good old DJI.... The Karma was announced first, yet ships much later than the Mavic (at least that is the plan).
