Hello,
I have been using my phantom and zenmuse for sometime and have learned that it takes a lot of power and will sometime hibernate and power down and the only way to reset it is to power the entire unit down and restart the process. So I looked into adding a second battery and bought the mounts and dual cable to connect. All went well until I went to hook the gopro up before powering on. As I did that I noticed a red led on the back of the gimbal mount and then my gopro would not work. I found out my gopro is blown and I attributed it to overheating as they always do. So I borrowed my friends good gopro and hooked it up and it blew that one. So now I have determined that gimbal or phantom is blowing to gopro's. The only addition I made was doing the dual battery setup. Has anyone heard of this causing the gopro's to blow?
I cannot find any info on the red led on the actual gimbal or this issue. Any help would be appreciated.
regards,
MIke
