I tried the SJ4000 today. The video had jello at 1080/30fps and there is no 60fps available. And there is no upside down setting so it can not be used with the waterproof case which reduces or eliminates jello with a GoPro.
Without any anti-jello hardware the video is unusable but I'll try again after I get some. I set it to take pictures at 3 second intervals and they came out pretty good but my Hero 2 is crisper and sharper. This camera is cheap plastic and poorly built, one of the washer/clips that hold the buttons in place on the waterproof case was dislodged and I had to fix it myself or pay for return shipping so I fixed it myself.

I just devised a mounting system for my SJ1000 that works to eliminate or greatly reduce jello. I don't know if the SJ4000 has the same set of brackets and accessories, but I can send you photos if you're interested. I posted my first video in this forum a few minutes ago if you want to judge the quality.
