Simple Litchi Question

I did several searches to try to eliminate asking things that have been asked over and over, but couldn't find an answer to this...

Does your P3 and/or controller even need to be on when you are setting your missions or do you just need your tablet on?

I should probably mention I'm talking about the android version in case there would be a difference.

No, if all your doing is planning a mission, you can do that with just your tablet or PC/Mac. The RC and TX can be off.

You don't need anything on. I sit with my tablet and plan missions on the couch, in bed, or in the shower. Well... not the shower
