signal lost and just fell for no apparent reason

    I have been flying my p3 professional for over 100 times. Took a lot of beautiful pictures and videos. Last Saturday took off with everything in optimal conditions, and about 3 minutes later a "No signal" message appears in my screen and my bird just fell from the sky. Camera broken (came apart). Very sad about it since I'm sure I did nothing wrong. P3 still turns on but of course I get a constant beep and I get a battery error message with all my 4 batteries. Any ideas about what happened? will DJI help me? Thanks

    Go to : Tech Support | DJI
    and click on the blue online technical support icon near the top right corner.
    Have a chat with their people and see what they say.
    They'll want to see the flight log file so they know what happened so it would be good to have that ready to upload.
