Should i buy this?

Hi, im from argentina, and i will buy a phantom fc40.
My question is: is this kit good for starting? I have a gopro 3 for hd recording.

The FC40 is a good start, especially if you do not have a camera. I got it because of that, ready to fly with a camera. It has the updated self tightening props and the 720p camera on a fair mount, add the prop guards and spare battery, you in $500 USD.

So many ways to go. In my looking, it was the best for me.

You could get this to learn to fly, then upgrade later. If you want gimbal, then start with those models, or upgrade one.
