Short FLYAWAY with new Firmware, WHY?

If one engine was very hot and the other cooler I would be suspect that that could be part of the issue. Three engines reviving up to compensate for a failing engine can cause loss of control. I would check out that engine and the ESC before doing any more flying. Would hate to see a bad crash or complete fly a way due to a know problem.
