Shield K1 issues

I purchased the Shield based I the positive stuff I've heard here about it and bc I prefer Android over iOS.

I've disabled every app I won't use as this will be dedicated to the P4.

Unfortunately, I'm having 2 issues. The first issue is that they're seems to be significant lag (compared to the iPad mini 2 I was using) and also I'm getting pixelation and bands even when I don't have a "weak image transmission signal"

Any ideas?

Thanks guys. A few updates and additional info.

Since I posted this, I did another flight with my iPad mini 2 and I'm having similar issues on that as I am with the Shield.

Also, this is my third P4, but the second one this is happening with.

I'm also getting weak image transmission signal at relatively close distance...as I did with my previous P4. The weak image transmission signal (WITS) is occurring at all altitudes and a distance of about 1200 ft.

However, I'm seeing pixelation and banding before the WITS banner pops up.

turn off over exposure then you wont get the zebra lines

Over exposure is at 0. Assuming I'm looking at the right thing....The EV controlled by the right thumb wheel is at 0.
