Thank you, will check it out.

Have been looking around for a good 3d printer but since I am new to this might need some advice.

Do I need special files for different printers?
Found this printer FLASHFORGE Dreamer Dual Extrusion 3D Printer. looks very promising to me, any comments?

Thank you for any help/input

Other than the build volume being a bit small it looks like a good deal (for a dual extruder printer). They say it prints ABS, but no mention of heated build plate? You might want to look into max temperatures of the filament extruder, since Taulman nylon 618 / 645, T-Glase etc. require higher extruder temperatures.

I use a Solidoodle 4 myself.

Files should not be an issue. Most printers accept STL files, that is, convert STL files to gcode, which is the code the printer actually prints. Have a look at slic3r.org to learn more about gcode :)

Ship date was extended with no notice. No guesses from seller as to ship date. We cancelled the order. Nice people, but flaky business model.
