Like many of you, I upgraded my firmware to ver 3.16 only to have the upgrade turn my Phantom into a brick. I waited patiently for about 10 days for a fix to come out, but none has been forthcoming. I contacted my retailers, DSLRPros, to see if their tech support could help me with it. They told me that once the upgrade is done, you're stuck there. Since I bought it from them, they said to box it up in its original packing and return it to them for replacement. They are a friendly and helpful group over there, and I urge everyone to steer their business to them.

I hear a lot of good things from over the pond about these guys and I think that is great! Lets hope they expand and get a UK operation in place :D
