Advanced Set Up failure

    I am experienced flying the P2 and P3 Advanced. I just got another Phantom 3 Advanced. During set up on my Ipad, I made an error in signing in to DJI. I don't know whether this was the cause but now after turning on the RC Controller - then next the P3, the P3 makes a continuous beep and the start button on the battery remains red. The camera view shows on my Ipad but I can not proceed with setup.
    I can't make contact with DJI by telephone or online chat. Any suggestions??
