Serial Numbers Locations?

I know there's a serial sticker in the battery radio back

What's your problem? "battery radio"???

What should I do?

Take the S/N off the box, compare to the sticker on the Vision... Call DJI tech support, they should be able to track the codes to a retailer or purchaser.
