It was the flag causing violent actions, not the quad...

"And when the Albanian flag - accompanied by a map of Kosovo and the message 'autochthonous', meaning indigenous - above the pitch using a remote-operated drone, Mitrovic's actions led to fighting between players and officials and havoc in the stands."

    Busted...

"According to Reuters, Serbian state television reported that Olsi Rama, the brother of Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, was arrested in the V.I.P Box for instigating the stunt and was found with a remote.
'He was arrested on suspicion that he masterminded and executed the incident in which a flag with a map of greater Albania was flown over the pitch and the terraces, after which the match between Serbia and Albania was abandoned,' Serbian state television said on its official website (http://www.rts.rs)."

Wow did not know it had that power to fly a flag, maybe some of the questions about commercial stock UAV's can be answered for a humanitarian effort, need one to carry about 5 to 10 KG, bet the stress on that little phantom was about 5 kg.

Yeah pretty impressive it could carry a flag that size with that long string attached to it. I noticed it was a stripped phantom that wasn't carrying a gimbal, GoPro, or transmitter.

Not the first time we've seen small drones carrying stuff. With Halloween around the corner i'm sure we'll be seeing more of these:
