Anyone else sent their P3 back for repairs to DJI LA yet. Or am I the only one so far?
Nope my P3P went out Monday **** $38.00 to send it out
Hope this P3A keeps working till it comes back
Ill be doing no updates till then that's for **** sure
Cost me $54 with insurance.
grrrr that was with my ups discount I did insure full amount though but that was only $10 Im in the Midwest so longer trip
Shouldn't DJI pick up the postage?
One would think right I mean they sent me a defective unit
I can understand crash and want repairs you pay but new defective pay freight
One would think they would just send you a new one but no we have to wait 6 weeks
hence the reason I also now have a P3A to fill the gap
Got this one from Amazon 30 days no questions asked return it and well send you a new one
Never again straight from DJI
For me, never again anything DJI. Can't trust um.
Well I can say that I have had every phantom version out
love the platform but there customer care has a long way to go .
I can only hope as more companies are getting in the mix that that that will improve alooooooot or yes I may jump ship next upgrade
