Sending Videos from YouTube using Whattsapp.

Hi can anyone help me? Normally when I make a drone video I upload it to YouTube and then send the link to my friends and family using whattsapp. Normally when I do it it works fine. Recently the last couple of videos upload to YouTube fine and I can watch them with no problems. When I send the link to friends and they click on it the video doesn't play it says video not available. Has anyone had this problem before or know what I'm doing wrong. It's really frustrating me. ;(
