Seagull attack

I think it depends on the type of gull.. I chased a large flock of Ringbill gulls last month. They got out of my way.. But there were a few close calls :) There obviously are more aggressive species, but fortunately I've never encountered any. Here's a 60 second video I took:

Where I live it is impossible to fly unless you pull the throttle to max, and climb to more than 80 meters... as soon as they hear the P4 they come out of nowhere.

I don't know what type of gull we have here on the missouri river but they make me scared to fly around certain parts of the river, they keep circling my Phantom and i'm not sure if they are circling it to size it up to attack or what but it makes me nervous.
