Sd card will not stay in slot

I was trying to test my P3 after upgrade and trying insert the SD card. I have tried multiple cards. I push in the card and can feel the spring tension but the SD card will not stay in the proper inserted position. Clues: Not all my battery upgrades are complete. There are black diagonal lines across my tablet. Any suggestions please. Thank you.

Other posts I have seen on this ended up being the latch. In other words defective card slot.
I you have warranty, contact DJI.

Thank you. I live in the Oklahoma City area. What is the quickest way to have this repaired? Are there 3rd party repair shops?

Waiting for DJI to service my phantom 4 with the same problem.

Yes but most will likely replace the entire gimbal instead of just the board containing the card slot in which case you might as well replace it yourself. If it may still be under warranty, then send it to DJI.
