Has anyone had issues with intermittent connection to the SD card? We had purchased a brand new 3 Pro and we weren't able to upgrade the firmware. We tried everything, but it would fail, or probably more accurately freeze, during the install. When we connected the gimbel USB port to the computer, we noticed that it would connect and disconnect. We tried different cables, ports, cards, but it seemed to be very flaky. We then went flying (thankfully it never lost the previous firmware) and noticed that the photo controls on the Go app would be greyed out. But other times it would work. We are processing an RMA with DJI, but before we send it back, we thought we would check here for other ideas. I think that a flaky connection to the card would cause all the above issues, but maybe something is going on.
