SD card error and data recorder error

    Hello
    I just flew my phantom 4 for about 7 min and the landing was terrible. Please help me how to solve this issue which is showing on my screen and enable to fly .
    1)SD card error
    2)data recorder error
    I've tried to restart several times and even changed the SD card .
    Please help

    If restarting your Phantom does not fix this problem, you should contact DJI support for help.

    Is that the only option I have ?
    After restarting once on it shows the msg of safe fly then suddenly it it shows SD card error

    What happens if you try fly with no memory card? How bad was the 'terrible landing'?

    If you still get the error with no card in place then you probably have internal damage in the phantom. This will require disassembly and is probably best left to DJI to fix.
