Screw missing on transmitter - Need help with name for replacing

What kind of screw do I need to attach the mount to the transmitter?

It's a special screw with a shoulder that fits into a rebate in the phone holder. The thread is M4 (metric) so I suppose you could do something short term with a standard cheese head screw. Better than trying to hold the tablet in one hand......

I suppose you've looked in the bottom of the case?
