Saw the P2V+ at Photoshop World Atlanta

Romeo Durscher of http://www.visual-aerials.com/ was in the Adobe systems booth at Photoshop world Atlanta, wearing a DJI logo and supported by Dronefly. He gave a presentation on aerial still photography and seemed to generate lots of interest.

They had a P2V+ there - boy is that camera small! One thing that I found interesting was that he kept saying that DJI sources their sensors from the same manufacturer as gopro.

The GoPro Hero3+ use Sony EXMOR sensors - they make a big deal of that. Pretty sure that's not the case with DJI Vision. Maybe DJI uses the same sensor source as earlier GoPros, not sure who makes them - maybe OmniVision or someone like that.

Actually the older GoPro cameras use Aptina sensors. That's who probably makes sensor for P2V/P2V+ also - most likely this model:

Interesting. I have never got the quality photo like the one on the document! Be real nice if I did! :|
