Samsung note 4 users?!

Hi guys,

This is really bugging me.. a big reason I went android was for the ease of plugging and playing my sd card from the P3 into a reader and into the bottom of the phone.

A few months ago this all used to work fine and now the note 4 just isn't having it! Saying it's a high powered device or something (just like what apple says)
But, it did work. So why not now?

Note 4 firmware? recent updates?
Your OTG (on the go USB) attachment could be damaged and shorting out.
