I have the phantom fc40 and vision plus and both are controlled by transmitters that run on 5.8ghz. I recently purchased a phantom one that has the 2.4 ghz transmitter. I've flown my FC40 and vision+ numerous times around my townhome complex without any issues. I have a LOT of wireless signals in my hood because of so many homes in close proximaty running wireless routers. I know most wireless routers run off of 2.4. Would it be safe to fly my phantom one in my neighborhood or am I at a greater risk of loss of control or flyaway? Does anyone fly their Phantom 1 in such an environment and have you ever had any issues?
