I was in the garden flying my 5 day old P3S when my lanyard came off of the RC which then fell to the ground breaking the S1 switch.

There are no errors on the phone app and I can still start the motors.

Where can I get a new switch or will it be ok to carry on without the switch and using the app to make selections?

I don't think the app can replace the S1 switch. You need it to change from GPS to ATTI. Do you know if it's locked in one position or the other?

Not sure yet. Will check tomorrow after work.

It's stuck in P-GPS mode and I cannot select another mode if I enable multiple flight mode. It needs to be replaced but cannot find a spare online yet.

That happened to me. Frys electronics has a switch that fits. You have to solder it, however its a real easy fix!

Great info! Link to the switch?

That's probably the safest place for it to be stuck, but it limits you a bit. Order a new switch and fly with care.

I'm in the UK so no frys here. Will try Maplin. A link to the switch would be great so I can check its specs and dimensions. Soldering isn't a problem [emoji106]

Would it be better to swap S1 and S2 over and then replace S2 when I have a spare? I'm kind of limited to up/down flying at the mo. Would like to try POI and follow me modes.

Not sure about the switches above. I could be wrong, but the link might be for a momentary on. example: (on) off (on). I think the correct switch is: On-off-On Someone chime in ???

New switches arrived today that exactly match the original. 5 minute job and my controller is all fixed [emoji6]
