I was flying my 3 standard and lost signal, initiated RTH on DJI app and it said return home failed. Tried this several times and same response. Tried toggling the switch several times to initiate RTH and same thing. Had to walk a ways down the road to regain signal and finally made it back with 13% battery. Anyone else had this issue?

It shouldn't be a suprise that if you have no signal connection a RTH command issued from the APP will not be received by the AC. A reasonable question might be why the AC didn't commence RTH automatically following signal loss. What are your RTH failsafe settings?

I don't have a Dji Phantom drone yet but if you browse through your drone Rth settings I believe yours is set to hover and land when the battery is low. Just change it to return to home. Simple fix. Happy flying
