Hi. I'm new to the P3P. I have read the other threads on this topic and they really didn't answer my question. I will be flying out in the country with rolling hills. Some higher and some lower than the start point. How is the altitude used in the software? Is is set to zero based on the home point altitude above sea level? So if I set the RTH altitude to 30M, it will return to home 30M above the altitude where the aircraft was turned on and warmed up. In this case about 2400' ASL. I don't want it to crash into trees on the way back if it goes into failsafe. Thanks.

Yes. However, if your Phantom is above 30M when RTH is initiated, then it'll return to home at its current altitude.
