Well, I got fed up with the tilted horizon issue. Bird has been PERFECT in every other way I tried everything I know. Finally I emailed DJI who wanted to do an RMA. Being that the drone is so new (only a couple weeks) I decided to just start a return process through Amazon instead since they have OUTSTANDING customer service. The new one should be here tomorrow. I will let everyone know the details and if the new one has the same issues! Seems like a wipe spread issue and I am hoping it was just a bad batch. For the record, and for others with the same issue, here are all the things I did to troubleshoot: IMU calibration (by the book on a100% level surface) - multiple times Gimbal calibration multiple times Compass calibration multiple times Firmware downgrade and update Uninstalled Go app and reinstalled Checked gimbal for anything that might throw the balance off. I could ALMOST get it to go away with the roll adjustment, but never completely. Will do some comparison between the two. Stayed tuned for updates.
