Retractable landing gear installed.

I'm intrigued by the retractable landing gear. Also so a different version on ebay for about $50.
My question, looking at the original gear on my P3P. It seems that DJI put some thought into the placement of the radio antenna wires and the compass. If you move those or change the orientation with a gear that flips up, might that affect the performance?

Your concerns are valid. The kits or implementations I recall move the compass to a fixed position up near the shell on an aluminum bracket yet the antennas are left in the gear and this changers their polarization.
Never seen any real data but it stands to reason that some reduction in effectiveness could be expected.
