LOL..have you seen their "orbit mode"?
It's like...--->..turn...--->....turn...not a smooth circle as I expected.

Have you seen the range? Its not even close to the P3....

I can assure you the orbit mode is not "turn" "turn" etc. it is very smooth.

As for the range, I really don't care, as FAA requires line of site, and my work also requires that I see what is happening, but there are also add ons for Solo to take it to 2.7 miles (and further) if that is your thing.

Had a solo for two weeks, I had my phantom 2 for 18 months, solo is a nice concept but doesn't fly as stable as Phatnom. The range is not there either. Lost connection while flying a few times while I had it 150 feet right about my head. Needless to said I returned the Solo and got the Phatnom 3 pro. No doubt, much solid. Jus have to wait for DJI to release the 2.0x with orbit and such, but the hardware is ready!
