Hello everyone!

I recently got a Phantom 3 Advanced. I'm going back to Miami in March and I wanted to take it with me. I've only been flying here in the UK in open fields, and I wanted to ask about any drone restrictions for South Pointe, which I really hoped to capture from the sky.

In essence - can I fly my drone around South Pointe Park? I'm aware of the 5 mile restriction from airports, but MIA is far off and I know that it doesn't affect South Beach. I am, however, unaware of any other Dade County restrictions that may be in place, or anything the FAA has said about flying drones. I was hoping for some info regarding this matter. Wouldn't want to get in trouble because of my drone, especially as an alien.

Thanks in advance!

Double checked with B4UFly which was a bit clearer. there's Fisher island HP 1.28 miles from the park and other HPs there.
At least from an FAA point of view, should be OK, though it does get crowded over there, which may be your real issue. Not supposed to fly near crowds.
