Reset and Upgrade Gimbal after a crash

Hello everyone,

I had a crashed with the H3-3D Gimbal and began to do erratic movements and motor sounds.
Y reset it aplying a tool onto the two pins as someone said in the forum and now, when i connect the phantom, it does not recognize it.
I run the assistant app to upgrade but it does not recognize it either.
What should i do???

I finally fixed the recognizion aplying a cable connection to the two pins mentioned in other post, but it still moving erraticly an with noise to any direction.
Any help???

He may not have logged into DJI in order to have access to the gimbal software which he would need after doing gimbal reset.
