Replacing ESC.

Hi guys, I have just got a new ESC for my vision + and I was planning on fitting it over the weekend, but I was wondering if i have the right one? It was listed as spare part 7 and can be used in both Phantom 2 and the vision +, but do you need a specific one for whichever motor you are attaching it to? Or are they sort of "universal" so to speak, where one ESC can be used on any motor in the aircraft?

The new motors require a new ESC model (V2) but if you have the regular motors then are good with that ESC. And yes the same ESC for any of the 4 motors.

There is a oder ESC and a new v2.0 ESC.

But the ESC v2.0 on dealer stock have Firmware 4.02 with bug's in it. The current Firmware ist 4.06 and had some bug's fixed.

DJI give no more Information about the Firmware......
