I have one motor that when I spin it with my hand, has a little rattle.

I was thinking of replacing this one.......but then I noticed on UAV direct site it says to replace all 4 motors when doing this for balance.

Though the other 3 motors spin sounds fine.....thoughts?

Just replace that one motor, or if you are more confident maybe just try to replace the bearings on that particular motor, there are a lot of videos on youtube on how to replace motors and bearings, which to choose, well if you replace the motor it will cost you a little more than 30 dlls and you need to soldered it, if you just replace the bearing, you can get 8 bearings for around 30 dlls ( enough for 4 motors) and you need to take the motor apart, pop out the bearings, instal new ones, put motor back togheter and you are done, good luck

I agree, there is no need to replace all four as long as it's the exact same type or you suspect there are problems with the others.
