Repair status

    image.png So DJI received my P3A on Friday 11 March. Got the email they received it at 1228pm and I could track the status. And at 3pm it says repair cost assed and quoted and it's free of charge. Does it usually go this fast? Maybe it was something simple.

    what was the problem that you sent your P3 to dji service?

    Mine was a week or so of waiting so yes this is super fast

    The same thing happened to me. It was received at DJI in about a week. After a few days it was repaired and tested. And another week to a week in half, it arrived to me, signature required. Overall one month. Also I never received a message on what was wrong and repaired. Not that it matters. But I would like to know

    I was having an issue with the left side of my pictures being out of focus.

    Don't know how long you need to wait. My phantom is repaired on dji but hold around 2 week, they still don't send it back to me. I found dji customer many times, they just call me wait for the delivery.

    I just got the email saying they shipped it back to me. That was a super fast turnaround I just hope it fixed the problem with my camera
