Repair Responsibility

"The Gadget Shop" , extremely poor after sales service. I bought a drone (P3S), after 3 weeks I started getting signal issues and returned it for repairs. It is now 4 weeks with no end in sight. Apparently there is an issue with the craft and not the transmitter. My frustration not having my toy available during the festive season is soul destroying. Any advice how to resolve this, do someone know someone at DJI?

The worst is the lack of feedback or commitment from "The Gadget Shop ", being a big organization I hoped for better support.

Look at their response:"Got some feedback:"Good morning Michael,

Please see below copied directly form the supplier in regards to your drones progress,

"On 10982 , DJI has offered a free repair service.
What this means is that the customer must send the craft to them via DHL at his own cost for servicing.
We are still fighting with them to see if there is not a cheaper solution."

I find this completely unacceptable, or am I wrong?
