Remotes p3 pro battery while updating firmware

Hi, recently I was updating my p3 pro firmware and left it going on the table, my roommate ripped out the battery while it was going and left the battery on while sitting on the table, does anyone know how bad that is and anything funny I should watch out for? Seems to take very long to update now!

It could be real bad. Try to downgrade to previous FW first and then upgrade back.

Haha I bet, when I turned it back on it made alarms I've never heard before!!!! But the update did go through just took almost an hour!!
