I haven`t flown my P2+ for a couple of months and thought I would re-familiarise myself.

Wanted to updated the firmware to the latest 3.14.

I thought I would do a clean install on my laptop, so I removed both the Phantom assistant along with the RC assistant and downloaded the latest versions from the DJI website.
I decided to re-calibrate the remote and update anything else that I came across.
After the update, I was getting a yellow light on the remote instead of the green one.
Tried re-calibration several times with no joy. When twirling the sticks, all movement from centre to left were not showing, so on screen, the calibration markers were only moving to the right and back to centre position. Gimbal wheel had the same problem.
Searched here and the rest of the web until I found a solution by calibrating the remote without using the software. Instructions here in the first post. http://forum.dji.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=2939
It worked and now shows a green light on the remote.

Obviously others have had the same thing happen after the latest firmware update.
Has anybody here had the same problem?
