Made my own with my Brother PT-P700 label printer.
Know someone in an office setting? They might have access to something similar.

Just get a label maker. They are cheap nowadays. Probably really cheap on Amazon or Ebay. Make as many labels as you need for the bird and other things.

You can use a marking pen and write it in the battery compartment if you want to go low cost.
