For some reasons when I'm recording a 15-20 video when it transfers to the DJI go library it's broken down into 1:35, 2:06, :45 segments.
Do I have something set wrong?

Can you elaborate a little? The question is difficult to understand.

If I send my bird up and record a 15-20 min video when I land and open DJI

It's always broken up into segments instead of one long video?

I'm guessing you need to format your SD card as exFat. Fat has a file limit size of 4GB, so the camera breaks long recording sessions into 4GB chunks. Just a guess though, I've never shot a continuous video.

ok how do you format as exfat?

With recording at 4k on P3 pro and recording continuously, it make piece of up to 4 GB for a video duration of about 9 minutes. So usually you get 2, maximum 3 files for a given flight.
With P3 adv recording at 1080p, the file is always bellow the 4GB limit and is recorded as one file.
