Recording DJI Pilot Session on IOS

Folks,
I have seen some great video recordings of the pilot app during a flight. How do I do this on IOS?

If your not jailbroken this is the way to go is Shou. If your jailbroken there are a few options.

You can also use Airserver or Reflector 2 to airplay your iOS device's display and then record directly to your computer. One of the nice things about Reflector 2 is you can do voice overs while you're recording if that's important to you.
