I've gotten several flights with my P3S under my belt. I think I'm ready to take off the training wheels (so to speak .) I was planning on doing it today, but I took the time to update the firmware. So, I made sure that everything was working properly by testing it out in beginners mode. So, next flight I'll turn off beginners mode and let her rip. Can't wait until Sunday!

WOW! Total thrill. The other day I took my P3S out of beginner's mode and went up 250 ft in the Tulsa area. This evening while here in Killeen Tx for Easter, I took it up 370 ft. The view was awesome. Now I have to get up the nerve to fly out some distance. My signal was strong for most of the altitude, but as I went beyond 360 ft it would lose signal so I tried not to panic. Ended up pushing it up to 370 ft. No problem. What a rush!
