So I upgraded the bird to the latest firmware and finally got around to upgrading the controller yesterday. It had been on 1.3 or 1.4. Everything worked flawlessly even with the different versions on each. Today I go for a flight, everything normal except that my iphone 6 went from 80% to under 20% in 4 minutes. That cut my flight very short and I landed before i went dark. Recharged to 60 percent and tried again. In under 2 minutes I was again below 20% and then 10 before landing. THis is not a phone issue.
The upgrade was a success according to my txt file. I have not upgraded to the rc to the final lastest firmware but wonder if there is a known glitch with phone life?
