RC button "stuck??" DJI customer service OMG :(

I had the sam problem with DJI had sent back a phantom 3 A only 1 week old and they keep telling me they are still looking at the problem 6 weeks went by and i had enough oh there bull shi? i call my credit card company and filed a complaint and the credit card company try calling DJI and they could not get a answer so they credit my account back . Then 3 months go buy and DJI china tries to charge my CC and that did not work . Then they try call me at 3 in the morning not good
My new drone was purchased in USA and had no problem i call my dealer with any problem and they get back with in a hour
