Been flying my P3P for a few months now and feel I am getting better and more confident. With that in mind, I have been naturally flying greater distances (almost always LOS).
I see many posts where people state their long distances achieved. My cousin and I (He has P4) both seem to get about 1,700 - 2,000 feet distance when we usually start getting video cut outs, weak transmission, and sometimes even RTH engaged. This happens even in very open areas.
Those distances are not even close to the advertised claim, and what other pilots seem to be achieving. Any suggestions? Thanks.
