This new range extender has a 2.4Ghz booster and 5.8Ghz booster with 2 types of antennas, Omni Antenna and Panel Antenna (diectional and better range).

With this kit looks like it could extend the range at 3x times more.

Anyone wants to test this out?

That is just amplifying both side with cheap antennas but should produce decent results

It has a amplifier too, They say it can improve the range 2 ou 3 times... So if works as advertised its great.

Looks interesting with the amps but I would never run it the way they show in their photos - with the pigtail sticking out of the range extender. Those wires are delicate. I would mount it the normal way.

I'm going to take a break from range extending stuff - my P2V+ will be arriving in a couple of days and I'm going to run it stock for a few weeks before doing any mods. My P2V is not working as well as it used to - range seems limited to 2500' or so whereas I was getting 7000' to over 9500' a month ago. I inspected the pigtails in the extender and they look fine, but it just doesn't have the range that it used to. The battery in the extender seems much weaker now - even my USB power pack can't keep up.

I found excatly the same setup and pictures while looking for a boosting solution i can get in the asian side of the world, but didn't have much feedback about it. Except that those antennas are **** compared to handcrafted one like Fpvlr is doing. Yet, this one can be delivered fast where i am, it's way cheaper and it's supposed to enhance the range as well..

Here is the link i found which inlcudes the pics for the setup and how to build it :

Lemme know if you go for it and how it tests out. Thanks !

Bless !
