During the week I purchased the very light weight RageCams Lens Cap Protector with ND Filter Polarizer. No counter balance needed, anyway the results I got were far worse than I thought you could get. I don't have video but here's two screen shots before and after putting the filter on. The ND filter killed the color, its 72 degree and sunny. And yes I did remember to remove the protective plastic from the filter. The only time the picture looked good was when the camera was about 45 degrees to the sun. I was shooting 1060 60fps. Maybe that has something to do with it.
