Question: Phantom Software, Parallels on a Mac, Window Size

I just installed Parallels Version 9 (a PC emulator) on my Mac, and am running Windows 8 under it.

But when I load the Naza-M Assistant Software v2.18 for the Phantom, it shows up in a dinky little window that can't be resized. I can barely read all of the parameters- and they are partially cut-off.

What am I doing wrong; specifically, how can I expand the Naza-M window? There is no re-size button at the bottom right of the window, as is usually the case.
